Through this website, the CONTROLLER wishes to inform you about DYMAN project activities and services. The CONTROLLER may, depending on the development and progress of the company and the sector, extend its website to include new services, activities or contents, in order to improve the services and quality of the service provided. Conversely, the CONTROLLER also reserves the right to cancel, modify, substitute or restrict the contents, services or activities, expressly and without prior notice to the users.

What data do we collect

Contact forms and newsletter

We collect the identifying data of users and visitors of the Website who wish to request contact information (name, email address) and register to receive information through a newsletter (name and email address).

Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymised string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Cookies

If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

DYMAN project ensures the confidentiality of the data provided and guarantees that in no case will be transferred to third parties.

To provide services strictly necessary for the development of the activity, DYMAN project shares data with the following service providers under their respective privacy conditions:

  • Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.

How long we retain your data

The personal data provided will be retained for as long as no request for deletion is made by the data subject or for the years necessary to comply with legal obligations.

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognise and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile.
